When the band starts to Rock… heads start to Roll! Is it worth watching a really appallingly bad Canadian 80‘s horror flick about a rock band caught in the middle of the eternal battle between good and evil? Of course it is. Especially at The Shockproof Film Festival, where as a special treat, the film will be dubbed into Czech live from the stage by our enlightened voice-acting duo, deacon Vokurka and lay minister Bifidus, who will elevate this in all respects trivial spectacle into a unique cultural experience through nonsensical allusions to the 1977 Czech cult TV series Hospital at the End of the City. You say that you don’t speak any Czech? Well, don’t you panic, there is still plenty of time to start practising. The perfect way is to watch the above-mentioned Czech classic that has made its way to a global VOD platform starting with the letter N. Get the vibe, learn the phrases and remember, the road to hell is paved with metal riffs and at least one horny orthopedist is lying in wait for anyone who stumbles along the way.
