For the 20th anniversary of our festival, some of our programmers have finally made their wet dream come true and are ready to put an ultimate B-movie jewel on the huge screen of Aero cinema. Robot Holocaust is an ultrafan-made homage to Star Wars, H. R. Giger, the Alien films and surely many other genre gems which are left hidden in its ballast of post-apocalyptic props and robotic acting. The viewer’s brain is stunned, the viewer’s heart is over the moon. Robot Holocaust brings a heart-wrenching story of times when evil robots took over the reign over the Earth, poisoned the air and made those who for some unspecified reasons survived their slaves. This text might go on and on as the amount of bizarre cinematic atrocities shown in this „masterpiece“ is endless but at the same time it might not make too much sense to lure a foreign audience as this screening will be live dubbed into Czech so if you’re not pretty well acquainted with this puzzling language you might be left puzzled even more than by the film itself. Which is quite a feat, too.
